Interior remodel of a condo unit Hoboken NJ 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen, paint entire unit, resurfaced existing floors, while the clients lived in the unit! 

The renovation required remolding of only 1 bathroom until completed before demo of the 2nd bathroom. A challenge for both inspection and logistics.
Flooring was resurfaced and custom stained with 3 coats of oil modified polyurethane satin finish.
